I always say that you could count on one hand individuals that are truly great and wholesome in ones lifetime. Frank was one of those people to me. He was a a great man that will always be remembered. I was in the Ridgewood Fire Department when Frank was our Chief. He was the best boss anyone could wish for. Rest peacefully my Friend, you certainly deserve it....

I worked with Frank for years and found him to be a outstanding individual. So sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
