Kerrigan, Bernadette E., 83, a Glen Rock resident for over 50 years, passed away on August 6, 2017. She was predeceased in 2005 by her beloved husband Bert, a Captain of the Glen Rock Police Department. Bernadette is survived by her cherished brother Raymond Lambert and his wife Virginia of Waldwick, her loving sisters Patricia Vigorito of Pompton Lakes and Margaret A. Ernst and her husband Harold of Wyckoff; and her caring sister-in-law Audrey Kerrigan of Glen Rock. She is also survived by her adoring nieces and nephews: Eileen Karanikolas, Patrick Lambert, Kathleen Freisinger, Karen Jiminez, Kelly Giglio, Brian Vigorito, Michelle Johnson, Deborah Herman, Susan Kerrigan, and the late Michael Ernst. She will be greatly missed by several great-nieces and nephews. Bernadette was born in Paterson and was a longtime resident of Glen Rock. She was a parishioner of St. Catharine RC Church, and also an active member of the Valley Hospital Ladies Auxiliary and the Glen Rock Seniors. Bernadette worked as a teller at 1st National Bank in Paterson, and later retired as a Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank in Glen Rock. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 9:30 AM at St. Catharine RC Church, 905 S. Maple Ave., Glen Rock. Visiting Wednesday from 3-7 PM at the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Ave., Ridgewood. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bernadette’s memory to Villa Marie Claire, 12 W. Saddle River Road, Saddle River, NJ 07458, would be greatly appreciated.
