To You Agnes,
The wisdom and joy in your smiling blue eyes,
Your wistful spirit and peaceful soul,
Your patience and kindness,
Your sense of humor and heart of gold,
Your spirit, your song...your tender voice,
Your faith and your strength,
Above all---Your love and your gentle way,
All these things and more, we will miss every single day.

We will listen to your voice in the soft breeze
Will look for your face in every beautiful thing
Will see your eyes on a clear day
Will feel your spirit in the calm of God's presence

Love you forever!

So sorry to hear of Aunt Agnes passing. I have so many great memories of the activities organized by her and uncle Jim as child growing up. Myself and brother Bernard spent a week in the big city with them when I was 8 seeing all the sights. LOL

I was one of Mrs. Leach's first graders at OLMC, and I absolutely adored her. I graduated from Mt. Carmel 34 years ago, yet I can remember being in her classroom like it was yesterday. She was a wonderful teacher. My condolences for your loss - she was a great lady, and her life and work must have touched so many. God bless.

Mrs Leach was my 1st grade teacher at Our Lady of Mt.Carmel. Many great memories with her as I started my elementary years. Fondly know and and with much respect, Mrs Leach the Peach. My condolences to you and the family.

The beautiful tribute documenting Aunt Agnes’s life is amazing. I cherish the memory of Aunt Agnes caring for her three little girls. She loved to dress them in adorable matching outfits and teach them songs and poems. Uncle Jim worshiped her, that was obvious by the way his eyes sparkled when he looked at her. I pray the family will recall the wonderful memories of her life with them and not mourn her loss. Remember she was welcomed into heaven and is at peace with the family that preceded her.
Peace be with you all,
Mary Milligan

Kathleen: A beautiful tribute to your mother--to a wonderful life, obviously enhanced by her family, her faith, and all that she held most dear.

I am so touched by the beautiful obituary written by my sister Kathleen that truly captures my Mother Agnes' spirit. I will miss those twinkling blue eyes and naturally curly blonde hair that added to my Mother's sparkle. I will miss her ability to make others laugh and her laughter. She was a devoted wife and mother to her three daughters and will surely meet her daughter and my sister Patti who passed away this past September in heaven. I celebrate the life of my Mother as a wife, Mother and educator who loved developing the minds of her young first graders at Mt Carmel School. Heaven definitely has a new angel who will add new sparkle to the universe.
