Vincent Bonanno

Vincent A. Bonanno, 85, of Glen Rock, formerly of Jersey City peacefully passed away on June 19, 2020. He is met in the afterlife by his dear wife Eileen (nee: Ambry). His spirit is carried by their children, son Michael Bonanno and his wife Michelle, daughter Michele Dafter and her husband Robert, and son Stephen Bonanno. Vincent delighted in being a Grandpa to Nicholas, Morgan and Kyah. He attended St. Catharine’s Church in Glen Rock. Vincent bravely fought for our country in the United States Navy during the Korean War. In his free time, Vincent enjoyed working with his hands. His legacy can be seen in many places, ranging from small repairs for neighbors and friends, to large construction projects for family. He instilled hard work and good moral values to his children and will be remembered fondly for his detailed notes and instructions. He was loved by many and will be missed by all. Visiting will be held at Feeney Funeral Home on Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with a prayer service to being at 12:30pm. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
