Sara Daddario

January 8, 1925 ~ March 30, 2021 (age 96)


Sara (Rosa) Daddario, 96 Originally from Cambridge, and most recently of Bergen County,
passed away on March 30, 2021.

Sara was the devoted spouse to the late Armand Daddario, and loving mother to Pamela (Kevin) Swords and the late Edward M. Daddario. Loving grandmother of Megan, Jack, Grace, Michael, Sarah, and the late Edward Jr.

Cherished sister of George Rosa, she was predeceased by brothers Domenic, James, Michael Rosa and her sister Ida. Dear sister-in-law to Geraldine and the late Dorothea and Virginia Rosa.

Sara was born in Cambridge MA, grew up during the depression, and WWII. She was the product of the Cambridge Rindge & Latin education system that shaped her strong outlook on life. Sara raised her family in resided in Belmont, MA after which she divided her time between Florida and New Hampshire. Sara was a meticulous Financial Manager at her Brother’s Company, Pacer Electronics in Woburn MA. She took great pride in her heritage and very large extended Rosa family of nieces and nephews who will greatly miss her. She was fiercely proud of her family, and revered in the events of their lives. Her feisty and loving personality made her dear to all those who knew her.

Sara was a member of the St. Joseph Church in Belmont, Ma and St. Elizabeth of in Seabrook, NH. Just like her parents, Antonietta (Capodilupo) and Michael Rosa, Sara was very strong in her Catholic faith, and recited the Rosary every day; always praying for the best for her family and friends.

Sara will surely be missed, but there are so many enjoyable stories of her, her loving memory will remain in all our hearts forever. A Private memorial will be held for her at this time, with a live stream link that will be announced once plans are finalized. A future Memorial service will be held in her beloved town in NH during the summer of 2021. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at
