With deepest sympathy, I knew your dad from a place I worked. He was a good guy, I just recently heard of your loss, I am deeply saddened, and I am so sorry.

My deepest sympathies to his family - I hope your loving and happy memories of him (and your mom) sustain you always .
What a great guy!
I will always remember him giving out game balls as part of the post softball game wrap ups. I suspect there is a game ball ready for him as well.

I was a “client”’of Russ’s for 15 years while working for a company he represented. I moved on about a year and half ago. Russ was my rock when it came to legal issues. I am so saddened by this loss-it was too soon for such a fine, honest man with the highest level of integrity and a wonderful sense of family! My thoughts are with his children and other family members. Such a loss. My prayers are with you all.

We wanted to share our condolences with the Burnside family. It is never easy to have to say goodbye to a loved one. The pain of loss can be unbearable. Our Creator promises us that one day this pain will be just a memory. That beautiful promise can be found at Revelation 21:3, 4. Our pain and suffering will be a thing of the past, and we can cry tears of joy as we welcome back the ones that we love so much. We hope you find comfort in those promises.

Russ was a great guy, father and friend... a softball and wallyball pal for many years... hundreds of Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings... always fun, funny and positive about everyone.
Also a very proud dad with three great kids.
I will miss Russ greatly... and his family is in my prayers.
Sincerely,
Mike Lynn
