I am deeply saddened to have read of Richards's passing in today's newspaper! I have known him for many years, while he lived in Cedar Crest. He has been my student for many years! I have taught him in my classes for the computer and then on his iPad. He got a lot of exercise, running back to his apartment when he forgot to bring his iPad to the class -- more times than I can count! Ha ha ha, but we laughed about it always.
He missed his wife terribly and I think it helped that he liked to keep busy with all of the activities at Cedar Crest.
I can't believe I won't see him walking the halls and sitting in my classes anymore. I will surely miss Rich! My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad time.
