Peter C Marron Jr.

Peter C Marron Jr of Ho-Ho-Kus, passed away on November 10, 2023.

He was the devoted son of Peter C Marron and Martha V Marron (Vaillancourt). The loving brother of Alexandra C DiCostanzo, uncle to her two children Charlotte and Archie, all of Ho-Ho-Kus. He was the nephew of Edward W Marron Jr of Ho- Ho-Kus, Barbara M Manginello of Ho-Ho-Kus, Joan C Marron of New York City and Catherine M Peru of Fairfield, Connecticut. Peter will be greatly missed by his
many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Peter was born at the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood on April 20, 1981. In addition to living in Ho-Ho-Kus, he had lived in both Hoboken and Jersey City. He graduated from Don Bosco Preparatory High School, and from Boston University where he majored in Finance. His early career was with Cowin Associates and then Merrill Lynch before joining his father at Marron Properties, a real estate development firm in Upper Saddle River, NJ. He was also an active Broker Associate with Marron & Gildea Realtors and then Christie's International Real Estate after they bought the Marron & Gildea firm. As a real estate broker, he earned numerous awards and served on many committees of his local MLS and Board of Realtors.

Peter will be remembered as trusted and loyal, as someone who would give the proverbial shirt off his back to anyone in need. He was a member of the Ho-Ho-Kus Fire Department for over 25 years, starting as a junior fireman when he was sixteen.

A private funeral mass was celebrated at St. Gabriel's Church in Saddle River on November 17, after which he was laid to rest at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah.
