Joseph Anthony Sidote Jr

Joseph Anthony Sidote, Jr., 62, of Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Ridgewood NJ, passed away April 6, 2021. Joseph is predeceased by his father, Joseph Anthony Sidote and his mother, Florence Sidote. Beloved husband of Sevgi (Supurenel) of Brooklyn, NY. Loving brother of John Sidote of Paramus, Barbara Sidote of Ridgewood, Doreen Mazur (David) of Rolesville, NC, and Cynthia Coupe (Ken) of Princeton. Adored uncle of Joanne Sidote of Ridgewood and Max Coupe of Princeton. Also survived by numerous cousins. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from William Paterson University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology. Joseph was employed as an Architect and Design Project Manager with SCA (School Construction Authority) in Long Island City, NY. He designed numerous classrooms and schools throughout the New York City Public School System. Joseph was accomplished at metal working and designed numerous structures. He enjoyed painting and he was skilled in carpentry. Visiting will be Wednesday, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Ave, Ridgewood NJ. Funeral Mass will be Thursday April 15, 2021, 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Ridgewood.
