Joseph Salvemini

Joseph Salvemini, 59 beloved son of Angelina Salvemini and the late Sergio Salvemini, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2019 at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ with his family by his side.

Joseph was born in Jersey City, NJ and spent his childhood years growing up with his family in Jackson, NJ. He is a graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Engineering. Joseph was a loving father who worked hard to provide for his family. He was an avid fisherman. He enjoyed spending his days on the beach near the ocean with his dog Fudgie. He was a New York Jets and New York Mets fan. He enjoyed going to games and watching them on TV. He will be remembered by his family and friends as the jokster, who was always able to make them laugh.  

Joseph is survived by this lifelong partner, Lori Bulwin, his loving daughter Christina Wedding (Salvemini) and her husband Christopher, his loving daughter Danielle Salvemini and her fiancé, Christopher Raub, his devoted siblings, Dominick Salvemini and his wife Johanna, Anna Maria Fitzgerald (Salvemini) and her husband Francis, John Salvemini and Christine Salvemini, his caring cousins, Dominick Salvemini and his wife Karen and Anna Maria Lypowy (Salvemini) and her husband Joseph and his dedicated aunt, Antoinette Salvemini (Catanzaro). Joseph will be greatly missed by his numerous admiring nieces and nephews, Elisa Salvemini, Gabriella Lewis (Salvemini) and her husband Andrew, Nicholas John Salvemini, Nicholas Joseph Salvemini, Chelsea Salvemini, Johnathon Salvemini, Samantha Salvemini and Ryan Lange. Joseph is also survived by the mother of his children, Adele Salvemini (Marchelle). Joseph was predeceased by his devoted uncle Giovanni Salvemini.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, 1 Passaic St., Ridgewood. Interment to follow at Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes. Visiting Thursday from 2:00-4:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM at the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Ave., Ridgewood.
