Joseph L. Gijanto 75 of North Hutchinson Island, Florida

Joseph was born in Paterson, NJ and grew up in Ridgewood and Wall Township, NJ. Joe was an Attorney and longtime resident of Howell, NJ where he was a member of the Board of Education and Little League coach. Joe was a Naval Veteran and a graduate of St. Lawrence University and Rutgers Law School. In 2004, he retired to North Hutchinson Island, Florida. He is predeceased by his first wife of 38 years, Mania Gijanto nee Howley, his son Joseph Gijanto and his second wife Patricia Gijanto nee Britt.
He is survived by his wife Reba Beatty, his daughters; Jill and her husband Christopher Powers, Susan Gijanto, Liza Gijanto and her husband Stephen Lenik, Pamela Gijanto and her husband Ryan Hoban and six grandchildren Luke, Ryan and Nina Powers and Cora, Joseph and Charlotte Lenik.
Visitation will be held, Thursday, May 5, 2022 4-8pm at Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Ave, Ridgewood. A funeral mass is scheduled for Friday, May 6, 2022 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 1 Passaic St, Ridgewood, NJ at 10am.
