Joseph Giancristofaro

Joseph (Joe) Giancristofaro, 62, of Ridgewood, NJ, passed away on May 30th, 2023.

Joe was born the eldest of five children to Ron and Camille Giancristofaro in North Arlington, NJ, on March 6th, 1961. Graduate of Neumann Prep High School in Wayne, NJ, and Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. He was a successful entrepreneur, a music lover, a tech enthusiast and a proud fan of the New York Giants. Joe embraced Catholicism and faith was an essential part of his life. He was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Joe loved people. His heart was filled by time spent with friends and the many gatherings with his family. Though, Joe was made the most complete when meeting his wife, Judy, and fathering their two sons, Joseph and Matthew.

Joe is forever loved by his parents, Ron and Camille Giancristofaro. He will be deeply missed by his siblings, Maria Mueller, Teresa Gallagher, Joanne Whooley and Ron Giancristofaro, and their spouses, Oliver, Dan, John and Cathleen. He will be remembered always by his many nieces and nephews and treasured in the hearts of his sons, Joseph and Matthew. Predeceased by his first-born son, Ronald Shen Giancristofaro, and devoted husband to Judy Shen Giancristofaro. He is greatly missed by his family and friends.

The wake will be Monday, June 5th, from 4-8 PM at the Feeney Funeral Home, Ridgewood.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 6th, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, Ridgewood.  The burial to follow at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, and Repast at 12:30 PM at Indian Trails Club, Franklin Lakes. All are invited.
