Janet M. Tarleton

Janet M. Tarleton, 76, of Ridgewood, NJ passed away peacefully to the Lord on Monday January 28, 2019. Janet was born on April 28, 1942 in Nyack, NY to Ernst and Victorine Schicle. Janet graduated from Tappan High School and attended Ladycliffe College in Highland Falls, NY with her sister Ellen. Janet was a loving wife, mother, homemaker and Elder Care Manager at the Tarleton House in Waldwick, NJ. Janet is survived by her beloved husband Brian of 56 years, her dear sister Ellen Lynch, her adoring six sons, Brian, Kevin, Keith, Jeffrey, Mark and Michael, her loving daughter Jennifer and five caring daughter-in-laws Nikk, Hiroko, Lisa, Sue, and Barbara. Cherished grandmother to Tori, Brian, Mick, Jimmy, Danny, Olivia and Victoria. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel RC Church, Ridgewood. Visitation will be held at Feeney Funeral Home, Ridgewood, on Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
