Christopher Eisenhardt

Christopher R. Eisenhardt, 56, of Ridgewood, NJ, passed away January 14, 2019. Chris was the beloved husband of Mary Claire Eisenhardt (née Kirnan) of 32 years. Chris was born in Passaic, NJ and raised in Bloomingdale, NJ until he met Mary Claire, which brought him to Ridgewood, NJ to raise his family. Chris’ career in finance brought him and his family to Minneapolis, MN, Woodbury, MN, and River Forest, IL. Chris most recently worked for Media General in Richmond, VA as a comptroller, while based back in Ridgewood, NJ. Outside of his professional life, Chris was an avid sports fans, constantly rooting for, and often cursing, the NY Jets and NY Mets, as well as the Alabama Crimson Tide and his alma mater, the Marquette Golden Eagles. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Claire; his son, Christopher; his son, Timothy and his wife, Jamie; his daughter Molly and her husband, Jack; his daughter Maggie; his mother, Theresa Eisenhardt (née Aquino); his brother, Kenneth and his wife, Lisa; his sister Catherine and her husband, Rodney; his brother, Craig and his wife, Brenda; his aunt, Grace Aquino; his cousin, Kelly Briggs (née Catucci) and her husband, Jason; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Feeney Funeral Home from 4-8pm, Eulogy service at 7pm. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel at 10am.
