Rosker, Jill Ann (nee: Zellway) passed away after her hard-fought battle with cancer on Friday, February 17, 2017. Born in Astoria, Queens, Jill moved to Glen Rock, NJ in 1966 where she remained for the rest of her childhood. She graduated from Immaculate Heart Academy in 1976, where she loved to swim competitively, play softball, and lead the cheerleading squad for St Joseph Regional High School. She then attended Rosemont College in Villanova, PA. Jill was a parishioner of St. Gabriel the Archangel RC Church in Saddle River, NJ where she was a eucharistic minister for many years, as well as a parishioner of St Francis RC Church on Long Beach Island, NJ. Jill enjoyed a nice dry red wine, and loved to be by the beach. In particular, her favorite places on earth were Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico, and Long Beach Island, NJ. Jill cherished being a “Gigi” to her grandson William, who has had a special connection with her since he was born.She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Richard Alan Rosker; her children, Alexis Zellway Rosker and fiance Jesse Metko, Aishleigh Balbert Rosker and Jill Ann Rosker; her beloved grandson, whom she adored, William Alexander Metko; her brother Alexander Zellway, his wife Kathy and their children, Samantha and Lauren Hahn; her aunts and uncles, Kathleen Heaney and husband William, Thomas Balbert and wife Margaret, and John Balbert; her cousins, Joan Wilson, husband Matt and daughter Emily, Megan Marquis, husband Peter and son Brandon, and Katie Manna and husband Jesse. She was predeceased by her parents Alexander and Joan Zellway. She will be missed tremendously.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, February 20th at the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Ave. in Ridgewood, NJ.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 21st at 11:00 am at St Gabriel the Archangel RC Church in Saddle River, followed by burial at Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah.In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation in Jill's name to the charity of your choice. feeneyfuneralhome.com
