Ellen Patricia Ann O'Driscoll, 82, of Mahwah NJ, passed away at her home surrounded by family on February 12, 2017. She once again joins her husband of 47 years Michael Anthony O'Driscoll. Ellen worked in the OR at The Valley Hospital for 33 years. Over much of her life she was a tremendous support system for countless people in her community as well as her family. She will be remembered as a beacon of light and hope and was loved by many.
Ellen O'Driscoll is survived by her son Michael O'Driscoll and daughters Susan O'Driscoll, Carol O'Driscoll, and Joani O'Driscoll; her grandchildren Rachael Doty, Jesse O'Driscoll, Peter Hanlon, Laura McConnell, Kathryn Hanlon, Sean Treacy, Megan Quackenbush, Rory O'Driscoll and her great grandchildren Faith Hanlon, Isaac Doty, and Sydney McConnell. Also survived by her brother Daniel Donohue. May she rest in peace. Funeral Mass will be Friday 10:00 AM at Church of the Nativity, Midland Park, with interment to follow in Christ The King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes. Visiting Thursday 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Avenue, Ridgewood. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Judes Children’s Hospital (www.stjudes.org), 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
