Smollin, Elizabeth A. “Betty”, 96, of Ridgewood, passed away with her family by her side on June 29, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Raymond, who predeceased her in 2007. Loving mother of Raymond J. and Val Smollin of East Stroudsburg, PA, and Veronica and Bob Linzenbold of Sussex, and adoring grandmother of Keith Smollin and his wife, Bonnie of Montvale, NJ. Betty was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, Ridgewood, where she was a member of the Rosary Altar Society. Besides spending time with her family and travelling, Betty was an avid bowler and gardener and a real dog lover. She was also very fond of fine dining and attending Broadway Shows. Funeral Mass will be Thursday July 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Chapel, with interment to follow in Valleau Cemetery, both in Ridgewood. Visiting hours Wednesday 4:00 – 7:00 at the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Ave, Ridgewood.
